Sexually abused orphanage children is an important subject that needs to be talked about more. These children have nightmares, fears of going to sleep at night, and other sleep disturbances. They have extreme mood swings, withdrawal, and cry excessively. People tend to classify these children as rebellious and aggressive because the child had no one to talk to. Their acting out inappropriately and withdrawing from others, the need to cling to someone, but have no one to cling to, are all normal behaviors of abused children. They suffer from pain, itching, bleeding, and rawness in the genital area that goes unattended. They fear certain places, people and activities, and have many unexplained bruises, rashes, and injuries. Constant feelings of loneliness and confusion as they don’t understand what is happening to them. The exploitation of orphanage children needs to stop now.
